ABOUT US

We are husband and wife Nate and Willow Lawton, and together we operate Jubilee Farms, located just outside of Little Falls, Minnesota.

Nate lived on a farm when he was younger and now has a M.S. in agronomy. His vision is to build a farm that is healthy and productive from the soil, to the plants, to the animals! He is passionate about learning and is constantly developing new strategies to improve the way we steward the land, harvest the crops, and raise the animals.

Willow has a degree in engineering but her heart has always been on the farm. She has a deep love of animals and her dream is to raise them in a healthy environment where they can enjoy life. Willow is also passionate about connecting with people and manages the outreach and marketing for the business.

We moved to Minnesota from Virginia in 2020 and are working with a couple who have farmed this land organically since the 1990s. We are excited to continue their legacy of raising animals and crops to the highest standard and serving customers food they can feel good about!
