Cattle are raised 100% organically and are 100% grass fed! They graze organic pasture in the warmer months and are fed organic grass/alfalfa hay in the winter. They are South Poll or South Poll cross cattle which are bred to produce tender meat on a grass diet and are also known for their calm dispositions. Contact us to place an order for beef.
