The laying hens have been relocated from their winter home into what I am calling their rustic summer vacation home (or as Nate likes to call it, a mobile chicken coop)! They are currently acclimating to their new home and in a couple weeks they will be traveling around the pastures eating bugs and grass while also fertilizing the soil with the nitrogen in their droppings.
Also included are a bunch of pictures of the many faces of our chickens. See if you can spot the very loud odd one out amongst the laying hens.. (hint: he has a bald head)
